📆WHY DO YOU HATE MONDAY SO MUCH…?
🧐Is it that you had a bad weekend of food and drink and now you feel you have to play catch up all week?
🧐Is it that you hate your job and just don’t want to go in and start a new week?
What ever the reason I want to offer your two solutions.
🍔If you have had a bad weekend and feel you’ve fallen off the wagon with regards to your diet then don’t panic.
Start again fresh today and get back on it.
Reduce your calories slightly and make sure you stay active throughout the week.
What’s done is done and you can’t go back in time.
Focus on today and the rest of the week.
💥If you don’t like some thing in your life then change it, or change your attitude towards it.
If you don’t like your job then start looking for a new one.
If you can’t change jobs then you’re going to have to change your attitude towards it i.e. get a new suit, a new office chair, tidy your desk, set new work goals, socialise with staff more, come in early, what ever it is that will make you feel more positive towards your job.
👉Sounds easy doesn’t it?
Well it’s not, but it will be worth it in the end.
