💥Here are my top tips for getting back on track with your goals and regaining that motivation.
1. GET AN EARLY NIGHT
You will be surprised what a good night sleep will do for you.
Wake up with a clear head ready to take on the world again.
2. WRITE OUT ALL YOUR GOALS AGAIN.
Remind yourself of all your short term and long term goals.
Keep a copy on your phone to remind you when you begin to feel your motivation slipping.
3. REMIND YOURSELF OF ALL THE AMASING THINGS YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIVED
Whether it be your consistency with your step each day or you water intake these are all things that are awesome and things you should be proud of.
4. GET SOME FRESH AIR
Get your trainers on and get outside.
Go for a walk, leave all distractions at home and give yourself some me time.
5. HAVE A DAY OFF SOCIAL MEDIA
Social media really can be detrimental to your mental health.
Delete and unfollow every one who does not bring you happiness and positivity.
6. STOP BEING SO HARD ON YOURSELF
We are our own worst enemy.
Stop beating yourself up. YOU are amassing. Start believing in yourself and don’t be so hard on yourself.
7. DEAL WITH YOUR STRESSES
We all have different stresses and we all deal with them in different ways.
Lay them out all on the table, pick one and deal with it.
Don’t let your stresses accumulate.
