How many times have you scrolled through your social media only to see some self proclaimed ‘model’ or z-list celeb try and sell you a fat loss product…?

The first thing i get all my clients to do is to delete any one and every one who is on their social media who doesn’t positively impact their lives.

👉YOU WILL NEVER LOOK LIKE THESE PEOPLE…

I’m sorry if that sounds harsh but it is TRUE…

The reasons why you will never look like them are simple…

💥YOU ARE NOT THEM…

💥THEY HAVE BEEN PHOTO SHOPPED…

💥THAT’S THEIR JOB…

💥THEY HAVE MOST LIKELY HAD SURGERY

💥YOU’RE NOT DOING WHAT IT ACTUALLY REQUIRES TO LOSE BODY FAT…

These people will and do make you feel bad about who you are and what you look like as they aim to sell you false hope.

They get paid a lot of money to sell these products and in most cases are ill advised as to what these products are.

Don’t fall into the trap of buying these products.

If you find yourself ready to purchase these product, STOP, take 24 hours and ask yourself if it is really for you, does the person selling it have your best interests at heart, are they qualified and what’s in it for them.

👉don’t restrict on foods you enjoy

-when we cut food out we end up wanting it even more and in most cases will end up binging on it…

👉monitor how much you eat with a calorie counting app

-download My Fitness Pal, it’s FREE, and start tracking how much you eat…

👉drink more water than what you are currently doing

-you’re most likely not drinking enough, drink more…

👉get to bed a little earlier each night

-turn the TV off and get some rest, recharge and be ready for the next day…

👉try to deal with the stresses in your life

-stress won’t help, stop putting things off and starting ticking off things you need to do…

👉find exercise/activity you enjoy

-go for a walk, join a class, go to a dance class. You DO NOT have to go to a gym to start seeing results…

👉stop comparing yourself to other, believe in yourself and start telling yourself how f**king awesome you actually are!

-you are amasing so start telling yourself that, you can do any thing you want…

👉if you want to spend your money then invest it with some one who has your best interests at heart

-there are so many people out there who actually want to help you, have to facts and will get you to start seeing the results you have always wanted…

👉delete any one and every one who doesn’t positively impact your life
